​Beth Mercurio, founder of MercurioConnect, moves leaders and teams from surviving to thriving.  Through executive coaching and custom leadership development programs, Beth helps clients gain clarity on areas of challenge and possibility and chart a path to action and results. Beth uses compassion, candor, and clear communication to become a trusted and collaborative accountability partner who drives transformational impact.
 
Beth has over 20 years of leadership experience in innovation, business operations, and strategic planning for both B2C and B2B organizations.  Most notably, she worked in marketing at Gillette and then led strategy, marketing, and innovation for a 3rd generation family-owned plumbing manufacturer.  She also developed and led a SAAS-model startup technology business.  These experiences have given her a deep understanding of working in a fast pace, constantly changing environment where failing forward and having a learning mindset were critical to success.  
 
Beth has her MBA from Babson’s FW Olin Graduate School of Business and has studied at the Strozzi Institute for Embodied Transformation.
 
She lives in Hingham, Massachusetts with her husband, two children and an adorable pup.  She enjoys hiking, running, yoga, spending time on the water and connecting with family and friends.
