Leader Coaching

Team Coaching

  • Mark Tribus Group designs tailor-made sessions to strengthen and enhance your team’s performance and cohesion. This process begins with a thorough collection of data through phone interviews, individual and team assessments, and surveys that aims to identify “pain points” and determine the most effective path forward to accomplish clearly defined goals. These team coaching sessions are created to foster a space for transparency, honest communication, and a commitment to working together through challenges. Following these interactive and engaging sessions, we provide teams with session summaries and guidance in continuing to strive toward sustainable change and growth.

Coaching Workshops

  • For organizations committed to investing in leadership development, Mark Tribus Group delivers personalized programs that build a foundation upon which to cultivate and refine coaching skills within the organization. We leverage the GROW model – a vehicle for fruitful conversations regarding coaching – and equip leaders with the skills to apply this framework to various situational simulations that reflect common organizational challenges. Following these workshops, participants receive feedback on their coaching capabilities and are assisted in developing action plans for growth.
