A graduate of West Point and Columbia Graduate School, Josh Bookout’s professional life has centered on leadership, leader development, team building, and executive coaching. He is a lifelong learner and student of leadership and psychology.

 

Josh is a seasoned executive coach and strategic leadership advisor renowned for his expertise in guiding CEOs and senior teams through complex challenges. With a diverse clientele spanning from major organizations in multiple industries to smaller enterprises and academic institutions, Josh has delivered over 100 workshops and coached more than 500 hours focusing on critical aspects of leadership, strategy and team dynamics.

 

Before starting his business, Josh served as an Army Officer, where he led organizations ranging from 35 to 3500 employees. During his military career, he worked with Boards of Directors, other major governmental agencies, and leaders at the highest levels. Josh is a combat veteran with 3 tours in Afghanistan, leading in the most challenging and stressful environments on earth. Josh achieved what only the top 3% do in his field by commanding an Infantry Brigade Combat Team.

 

Josh is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) recognized by the International Coaching Federation. He is also an Airborne Ranger and combat veteran. Alongside his wife, Beth, Josh resides in Raleigh, North Carolina, where they raise their four children. For fun, you’ll see him cruising the country in the family RV, woodworking, or working out.
