A graduate of University of Connecticut and Georgia SouthernUniversity, Karson Ratliff's passions include helping others grow individually as well as building an environment that fosters inclusivity for each team member.

A former Division 1 athlete, Karson's athletic career culminated as a member of the UCONN women's volleyball team where she was a 4-year letter winner and all-conference performer.

With 5 years of experience in primary education, Karson's experience includes time as a science and special education teacher. Karson earned her Master's degree in Special education and developed a passion for improving the lives of children with learning and behavioral disabilities. Karson works collaboratively with school-based teams and families to develop individualized education plans that ensure equal access to education for each student.

Karson has experience in custom designing retreats for corporate and athletic teams, facilitating team retreats, and providing whole life and professional coaching.

Karson grew up in a military family but spent the majority of her life in North Carolina. She now resides in Dallas, Texas with her chocolate Labrador retriever.
