Mary Margaret Gorman has more than two decades of experience guiding executives and thought leaders and helping them define goals, navigate challenges with grace, communicate effectively, and work to attain tangible business results. She enjoys seeing people evolve into the best versions of themselves at work and in life.

Mary Margaret specializes in custom messaging to support executives through internal communications, media relations, reputation management, and crisis communications. She is particularly skilled at facilitating essential, and sometimes uncomfortable, conversations that are needed to propel projects and teams forward. She is happiest when she is connecting with people, facilitating workshops, communicating, strategizing, planning, solving problems, and creating content. She believes that connection, collaboration, and honest feedback are fundamental to building successful teams and executing strategic plans.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Alabama. She is a founding board member of Kids Join The Fight, a national nonprofit focused on helping children and families fighting pediatric cancer. She has served in various leadership positions in the Legal Marketing Association, was a member of the Super Bowl XLVII Host Committee in 2013, and will again serve on the Host Committee for Super Bowl LIX in 2025.

Mary Margaret lives in New Orleans with her husband, two daughters, and their rescue dog. She loves practicing yoga, being in nature, cooking, traveling, enjoying live music, and spending time with her family and friends.
