Megan Ribner is a ESG / Healthcare strategic consultant with nearly a decade of experience working with Fortune 500 companies. Megan has been instrumental in directing the creation of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reports and strategies that address the human rights and sustainability impacts of corporations in the health, technology, and consumer goods sectors. She enjoys developing client relationships and leading happy teams with a healthy work/life balance.

Megan’s approach focuses on the interconnection between personal, community, and environmental wellbeing while balancing common sense business needs. She empowers individuals and teams by embracing open communication, dialogue, and emotional awareness amongst organizations, associates, and the communities they serve. By fostering a deeper understanding of not just the "what" behind objectives, but also the "why," Megan works to help organizations and individuals make choices that are more closely aligned with their business and personal interests. This approach delivers enhanced outcomes and helps to manage stress more effectively while cultivating healthier, more authentic relationships, ultimately leading to greater fulfillment and success in both personal and professional realms.

Megan holds a Master of Public Health with a certificate in the Social Determinants of Health from the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Spanish from American University in Washington, D.C. Megan loves traveling and will happily work from anywhere. In Atlanta, she is a member of The Young Professionals at the High Museum of Art and is heavily involved with the Fernbank Museum of Natural History. In her free time, she loves gardening and restoring her 115-year-old home in downtown Atlanta with her husband.
