Tommie Kennedy is an accomplished Human Resources professional with more than 20 years of experience working with large global organizations such as Coca-Cola and CHEP and smaller companies such as Rain for Rent and Continental Building Products. Her most recent role was as Global Chief Human Resources Officer for Tosca, a private equity held organization that went through two international acquisitions and integrations during the COVID pandemic. She led the Human Resource team over the past four years and supported the team members and the growth of the company. Prior to joining Tosca, she worked at Continental Building Products as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the United States and Canada.

Tommie has global experience with consumer products, B2B, technology, engineering, manufacturing and multi-site organizations. She coaches leaders to use data to make smart business decisions for their companies and their people. Tommie’s focus as a business leader and HR leader is to build organizational capability through people.

Tommie has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from The State University of New York at Stony Brook and a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations degree in Human Resources Management from Cornell University/Baruch College. She is certified as a Senior Human Resources Professional and holds a variety of certifications in leadership development and assessment tools. Tommie is passionate about giving back to the community and she has volunteered in a number of organizations in various capacities. Tommie is married with one daughter and lives in Fayetteville, GA.
